Room Rentals

The Center for Creative Living building serves as home to many programs, activities, and events  provided for tens of thousands of local senior citizens and rental events. It houses a large banquet hall that holds 226 people with theatre style seating and 100 people with classroom style seating with 6 foot tables. We are able to accommodate birthdays, church events, weddings, trade shows, business meetings or trainings, class or family reunions, retreats, baby showers, and much more!

Banquet/Lecture Hall: $50 per hour (2 hour min)

-$100 deposit

Set up/Break down fee: $25

A CCL staff member will respond to the point of contact on the request form to confirm availability and discuss next steps. The deposit must be paid to reserve the facility. Deposits are not refundable if cancellation is not made at least one week (7 days) prior to the event. The person renting accepts the fee assessment upon signing the agreement and is responsible for any damages incurred during use of the facilities.
